About the house in Ermolaevsky lane,10/7

Ermolaevsky Lane (1961-1993 - Zholtovsky Street) is a lane in the Central Administrative District of Moscow on the territory of Presnensky district. It runs from Spiridonovka Street to Trekhprudny Lane, lies between Sadovaya-Kudrinskaya Street and Bolshoy Patriarchal Lane parallel to them. The lane is bordered on one side by a microdistrict called Patriarch's Ponds. In 1961, in honor of the famous Soviet architect I. V. Zholtovsky, the lane was renamed Zholtovsky Street. The lane was named after I. V. Zholtovsky, since the architect was a member of the Moscow Architectural Society, often visiting the building No. 17 on Ermolaevsky Lane, in which the Society was located. In 1994, the lane was returned to its historical name.
