Meshchansky district. Luxury housing in Moscow

The Meshchansky district is another of the famous central districts of the capital, named after the petty-bourgeois peasants who lived here in the old days. Neglinnaya Street is located here, under which the Neglinnaya River flows – the main tributary of the Moscow River, chained in a dungeon during the reign of Alexander I by the surveyor Cheliev. In the same area there is Bolshaya Lubyanka Street leading to the square of the same name. There are many memorable architectural buildings on it (Makaryevsky farmstead; apartment houses; houses where artists Ilf and Pukerev used to live, etc.), the Sretensky Monastery, founded in 1395, is especially beautiful. Among the cultural buildings are the Theater of the Soviet Army, the Museum of the Armed Forces, the Vasnetsov and Shchepkin house-museums, the Olympic sports complex, as well as 4 green islands: Catherine Park, the Square near the Riga railway Station, Festival Park, the oldest "Apothecary garden". You can move around the Meshchansky district both by land transport (6 bus routes and 2 trolleybuses) and by metro (8 stations).
Elite houses for people of different incomes are being actively built in the Meshchensk district.
One of the remarkable houses is located at Tsvetnoy Boulevard vl. 2 p. 1 - the intersection of Tsvetnoy and Rozhdestvensky Boulevards, a true legend of architecture, which will be admired by more than one generation of Muscovites. Leading architects of the west helped us develop the project – they were the ones who came up with the idea of completely glazing the facade. No Moscow building shines like this! As soon as the sun looks out, its rays begin to glow on the glass, and in winter billions of snow–white sparks are reflected on the facade - glare from snowflakes. Glass is the main, but not the only feature of the building. The rooms inside it are decorated in high-tech style, which means that nothing blocks the space, and at dusk the "Legend of Color" begins to glow from the inside.
"Neglinnaya Plaza" is an elite high-class house with large apartments and variable number of floors. The building adheres to a modern style that has hit the classics, as evidenced by the design of the balconies and the winter garden. This residential complex is distinguished by a ventilated facade made of natural stone and finishing, for which more than one million rubles were spent. The apartments are well equipped.
Elite house Gilyarovsky 55 is famous for its penthouses. Apartments on two levels, winter garden, outdoor terrace with barbecue area. Although there are very few apartments in the house – only 34, this does not prevent it from being popular among buyers. Many famous creative personalities look at these apartments, and who knows, maybe you will be lucky to live next door to them?
A good 3-room apartment on Trubnaya 25 is made in the Art Nouveau style outside the congested space. Although the house itself was built in pre-war times, the architects were able to preserve its appearance, and planners and designers did not allow the building to collapse from the inside. There is a gas stove, an elevator. The house is located in a quiet courtyard with tall trees.
The light pink house 13 on the Last lane will surely win a woman's heart. Outside, he is a childhood dream of any Soviet girl, however, as well as inside. The interior completely coincides in the design solution with the facade – all the walls are painted in pale pink, there are pleasant colors in the furniture - walnut in the hallway and snow-white in the kitchen. The apartment occupies the entire floor, its area is 161 square meters, which means that you do not have to huddle in corners. The ceilings are high, there is parquet on the floor in all rooms.
There are still many wonderful houses in Meshchansky with different design of apartments and without finishing. The choice is always yours.
